Delivery Information
Our products are delivered by courier in refrigerated vans around the Greater Toronto Area and many more locations at your convenience.
Please ensure before placing your order and selecting a delivery time slot that the recipient will be there. We are not responsible for orders left unattended. If the first attempt at delivery is missed, no refunds will be given. You may either pick up your item at our bakery or request a second attempt. Second attempts at a delivery will not be made unless requested and paid in full prior to the delivery.
Our regular delivery times are . There is no delivery service on statutory holidays. If you require delivery on any other day and time, please send an email to [email protected]. During inclement weather and traffic conditions beyond our control, delivery times may be affected, and you will be notified ahead of time. We try our best to deliver within the times above, but due to traffic conditions, these times may change.

Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

We Offer Free Delivery Up to 15 KMs
We offer delivery FREE Delivery within 15 KM radius from our store location (2750 14th Avenue, Unit #12 Markham, Ontario L3R 0B6 Canada).

Eg – If your delivery location is 27 KM from the store your delivery fee would be $45.
Base Delivery Fee $10.00
If the delivery location is within 0 KM – 12 KM the base delivery fee will be $10.00. Eg – If your delivery location is 8 KM from the store your delivery fee would be $10.00.
We cover the following cities within the 60 KM radius from our store. If you would like to us to deliver to a location not on this list, please contact us for a quote.
$1.00/km (15KM – 30KM)
If the delivery location is within 15 KM – 30 KM the delivery fee will be $1.00 per KM. Eg – If your delivery location is 17 KM from the store your delivery fee would be $17.00.
$1.00/km (30KM – 60KM)
If the delivery location is within 30 KM – 60 KM, the delivery fee will be $1.50 per KM. For instance, if your delivery location is 30 KM from the store, your delivery fee would be $45.00
We will not deliver if the delivery location is more than 60 KM from the store.
We cover the following cities within the 60 KM radius from our store. If you would like to us to deliver to a location not on this list, please contact us for a quote.
