Our cake is crafted with a blend of basic ingredients like eggs, flour, butter, salt, baking powder, and brown sugar, enhanced with the zest of lime. What makes it truly special is the addition of rum and red wine-infused pureed raisins, glazed cherries, prunes, mixed peel, and other dried fruits and nuts. We also add a mix of exotic spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla, and almond, resulting in a deliciously moist and flavorful cake.
